
Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Kanda Tattoos, we strive to create a smooth and personalized experience for each of our clients. To ensure the best service and availability, please review the following booking and cancellation policies:
Booking Policy:
1. Submissions: The artist reserves the right to decline any design request that does not align with their artistic style, values, or vision.
2. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your tattoo.
*If you have multiple sessions booked for a large project, the deposit will apply to your last session.
3. Consultations: Consultations are required for large custom pieces. The consultation can be done in person or over a video call prior to the appointment and will be set up during the booking process.
4. Payment: The remaining balance for your tattoo is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
5. Age Requirements: You must be 18 years or older to book a tattoo appointment. Please bring a valid government-issued ID.
6. Flash rules: Pre-drawn flash deals will be tattooed as is, with no alterations to the design. Flash designs are first come first serve. A flash design is not claimed until a deposit has been received for the piece. Flash designs will not be tattooed on faces or necks.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Late Rescheduling/Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
3. Change of Design: If you need to change a design or modify a project, please let us know 48 hours before your appointment. Please understand that the quoted price for the original project may no longer apply to the modified design.
4. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being refused.
5. Late Arrivals: Please let us know if you are running late. We understand traffic and parking can be challenging. Another appointment may be required to complete your project in the case of a late arrival.
Refund Policy:
1. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Tattoo Services are final, we do not offer refunds for tattoo services.
